I’m really impressed with the service I got from Autoglym. I picked up their Headlight Restoration Kit to fix my headlights, which had this milky stuff on them, but I wasn’t able to get the results I was aiming for. I reached out to customer service for some tips, and they were super quick to send one of their engineers my way. I was over the moon with the assistance I got from Karl, who drove four hours just to help with my headlights, and now I’m really happy with how they turned out. He even threw in some free car shampoo and ceramic spray. I’d definitely recommend Autoglym and will use them again.

Polar Blaster. I had high hopes for this premium item, or so I believed. Being a happy customer of Autoglym for quite a while, I thought the Polar Blaster would be my top choice. Sadly, it’s been a real headache; the screw that secures the top just doesn’t do its job, leading to the bottle dropping off. Because of this, I find myself constantly refilling the bottle with the chemical. I've switched back to a plastic Karcher bottle since it helps me save on wasted chemicals.

This has been a nightmare. I've been waiting for my order for three weeks now and keep sending emails, but no one is getting back to me. They took my money, but I still haven't gotten my stuff.

I ordered some carpet dye spray from the online store on November 16th, but I never got a tracking number, and it still hasn’t shown up as of today, November 21st. After reaching out through their website chat on Friday the 18th, Emma told me it would be delivered by 6 PM and to get back in touch if it didn’t arrive. Well, 6 PM came and went, and nothing showed up, plus the chat was offline. Today was the first chance we had to reach them again, only to find out it was out for dispatch today, and still no tracking number. They promised customer care would call us back, but we’re still waiting. This is just unacceptable. Next time, I’ll just fork out double and get it from Amazon; at least I know it’ll arrive and I’ll get some support if I need it.

Update: It finally showed up late this afternoon, but the box was all smashed and looked like it had been through the wringer. Thankfully, the product itself was okay, but what a frustrating experience from start to finish. Such a bummer for a product line that’s usually good quality.

The items from this company truly do what they claim. Plus, the instructions are pretty solid too.

I made two different orders for products to enhance my car's paint: a clay and polishing kit, followed by a ceramic coating and prep applicator. Both packages showed up quickly and were bundled together, which really made me happy.

I spent today putting everything on my ride, and I’m totally impressed.

Fingers crossed, I’ll be buffing the ceramic coat tomorrow since it needs at least 4 years to properly set.
